At Pretty Girl Bundled, many of our bundles are specially curated and may require products to be purchased specifically for your order.

12-Hour Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of the time the order is placed.

After the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded due to a change of mind, as we may have already begun purchasing, preparing, or assembling the items for your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, Build Your Own, mystery, and specially curated bundles are also subject to the 12-hour cancellation window. After 12 hours, these orders are considered final.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact Pretty Girl Bundled within 12 hours of placing your order and include your name and order number.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear will depend on your payment provider.
